Another project has been completed at the RST workshop.

This time, our team fabricated a SUS316L Tote Tank designed for the storage of corrosive chemical materials.

SUS316L Tote Tank Fabrication

The project started with material preparation and fabrication based on the approved design.

SUS316L was selected for this project because of its excellent corrosion resistance and suitability for applications requiring durability and good material compatibility with chemical substances.

Our workshop team carried out the fabrication process, including cutting, forming, welding, assembly, and finishing to produce a complete Tote Tank ready for use.

Attention to detail is essential throughout the process, especially when fabricating stainless steel equipment for chemical applications.

From Fabrication to Final Inspection

After fabrication and assembly were completed, the Tote Tank underwent a final inspection before delivery.

The inspection covered dimensions, fabrication and welding quality, components, and the overall condition of the tank to ensure it met the project requirements.

Once the inspection was completed, the Tote Tank was prepared for shipment.

Delivered from the RST Workshop

The SUS316L Tote Tank has been completed and delivered to our customer.

For us, every delivery represents the result of a process that starts with engineering and material preparation, followed by fabrication, assembly, and quality control, until the equipment is ready for use at the customer's site.
